Mr. Potoko Bogopa is an experienced engineering professional with a BTech National Diploma in Engineering and a long-standing history within the mining sector. His commitment to member welfare and his practical perspective enable him to advocate effectively for pensioner interests, contributing meaningfully to the Board’s oversight responsibilities.

Ms. Claire Busetti is an Independent Trustee with a diverse professional background, holding a BSc in Chemistry and an MBA. Her career spans leadership, business strategy, and organisational development, positioning her as a valuable contributor to governance and risk management matters.
As an Independent Trustee, Ms. Busetti provides objective oversight and brings a balanced, analytical perspective to the Board’s decision-making processes, ensuring that the Fund remains aligned with best practice standards.

Ms. Malebogo Ntshwabi is a Maintenance Artisan at Debswana’s Orapa, Letlhakane and Damtshaa Mine, with qualifications that include a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Diploma in Health and Safety, and an NCC in Auto Electrical. Her multidisciplinary background enables her to blend technical expertise with a strong understanding of organisational operations and employee welfare.
As a Trustee, she brings a grounded, workforce-centric perspective, contributing to informed decision-making that supports both governance excellence and member empowerment.

Ms. Kago Letshabo is a governance and compliance professional serving as Company Secretary at Diamond Trading Company Botswana. He holds a Diploma in Human Rights, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management, equipping him with strong capabilities in legal compliance, ethical oversight, and corporate governance.
Ms. Letshabo contributes robust expertise in regulatory matters, risk management, and Board governance, supporting the Fund in upholding transparency, accountability, and sound decision-making.

Ms. Galeboe Busang is an Independent Trustee with a professional background in finance and accounting. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). With extensive experience in financial management, reporting, and governance, she brings strong technical and analytical capabilities to the Board.
Her independent role enables her to provide impartial guidance on financial oversight, investment governance, and risk management, contributing to the Fund’s long-term financial sustainability.

Ms. Keitiretse Tshukudu is a Wellness Officer at Debswana Mining Company, contributing expertise in employee wellness, health education, and organisational support. She holds a Diploma in Health Education, a Bachelor of Finance, and a Master of Commerce, giving her a strong multidisciplinary foundation in both health and business fields.
As a Trustee, Ms. Tshukudu provides insight into wellness-focused governance, supporting the Board’s efforts to promote member wellbeing and strengthen effective decision-making within the organisation.

Ms. Wame Mobita serves as a Human Resources Manager at De Beers Global Sightholder Sales, with a strong background in human capital management and organisational development. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Statistics), a Postgraduate Diploma in Industrial Psychology, and a Master of Science, combining analytical expertise with behavioural science knowledge.
In her role as Trustee, Ms. Mobita brings strategic HR insight and a data-driven perspective to the Board. Her understanding of organisational culture and workforce dynamics supports governance practices that balance employer and employee needs.

Ms. Chipo Petros is a Senior Finance Manager at Debswana Mining Company, specialising in financial management, reporting, and strategic planning. As a Trustee, Ms. Petros contributes strong financial leadership, enhancing the Board’s oversight of fiscal strategy, risk management, and organisational accountability. Her financial expertise supports the Board’s commitment to sound governance and responsible stewardship.
