Mr. Thato Norman is an accomplished executive with strong expertise in finance, actuarial science, and organisational leadership. He holds a Master of Business (Finance) with Merit from the University of Wolverhampton (2022–2024) and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Manchester (2010–2011). His academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Arts in Actuarial Science with Honours from Butler University in the United States.
With specialised knowledge in entrepreneurial finance and extensive experience in strategic financial management, Mr. Norman leads the organisation with a focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.

Mr. Motlatsi Mmusi is a seasoned finance professional and a Fellow Member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). He holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Botswana (2005).
With deep expertise in financial management, reporting, compliance, and digital systems, Mr. Mmusi provides strategic leadership across Finance and IT, ensuring strong governance, robust controls, and efficient technology-driven operations.

Ms. Saone Balopi brings extensive experience in strategic planning, communications, and organisational development. She holds a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Derby (2010), as well as a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Economics from Rhodes University. 
Her qualifications include a Certificate in Risk Management from the University of Cape Town (2022), a Certificate of Proficiency in Long-Term Insurance (2012), and an Associate Diploma in Banking (2006). 
Ms. Balopi combines strategic insight with strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability, guiding the Fund’s strategy formulation and brand positioning.

Ms. Tidimalo Poonyane is an experienced legal and governance professional with a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana and an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby (2014). She has also completed the Executive Development Programme at the University of the Witwatersrand (2022).
She provides leadership in legal advisory, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management. With strong analytical and governance expertise, Ms. Poonyane supports the organisation in maintaining ethical conduct, sound governance, and effective risk oversight.

As Chief Investment Officer, he offers deep expertise in financial markets, portfolio management, and investment strategy. Mr. Gopolang’s leadership ensures prudent investment governance and long-term capital growth aligned with member interests and organisational strategy.
